Required

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings
Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
HS Diploma or equivalency
Preferred
Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
