Responsibilities
Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and market needs.
Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
Define and articulate clear product value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication across the organization.
Create impactful sales tools and training materials to empower the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
Foster strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their experiences, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and clinical operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Required
10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the digital health or healthcare technology industry.
Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation building skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience working with sales teams and creating effective sales enablement materials.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
