Responsibilities
Design compelling assets while adhering to brand guidelines across multiple media channels, including but not limited to, corporate branding, social and digital assets, and print collateral
Work closely with Account Managers and the rest of the creative team to ensure delivery of creative ask from concept to final execution within deadlines
Oversee and manage the preparation of finished design files that comply with the correct output specifications for print, digital, and social
Work alongside the Associate Creative Director to assist in providing direction to designers
Stay on top of design trends and maintain best practices
Create storyboards for video production and support in on-set art direction for interview-style video and short-form social content

Required
A portfolio of great work
Branding experience, especially for corporate brands
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Proficiency in Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Illustration skills
Understanding of photography, typography, and printing
Experience working within a fast-paced creative environment and the proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Confidence in presentation skills and interacting with clients
