Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
10+ years in mortgage finance industry, including servicing and originations
Develop and implement strategic financial plans; perform analysis to support business decisions and track KPIs
Lead budgeting and forecasting to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
Advanced Excel, strong analytical and project management skills, exceptional communication, and self-motivated with a proactive approach
