Responsibilities

Engage in SAP implementation and rollout projects.

Interface with non-SAP systems and ensure PP integration with other modules.

Design WRICEF elements and write Functional Design documents.

Act as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively with the project team.

Required

5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Functional roles.

Experience with SAP PP and QM modules, especially in implementation and rollout contexts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective problem resolution.

Demonstrates leadership qualities and strong customer relationship skills.

Willingness to travel on short-term assignments if required.

Ability to contribute to requirement gathering, deploy best practices, and propose solutions to enhance business processes.

Strong skills in time management, organization, data management/analysis, and multitasking.

Able to manage multiple projects in cross-divisional and cross-functional environments.

Capable of working with geographically distributed teams across different time zones.

Effectively interacts with senior management within the organization and with clients, advocating alternative approaches when necessary.

Application support experience, ideally with tools like HP Service Manager.

Testing tool experience, such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM).

Preferred

Previous experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with primary expertise in SAP PP and good knowledge of SAP QM.

Demonstrated project leadership experience with SAP implementation roadmaps.
