Responsibilities
Design and implement a demand generation strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, focusing on driving high-quality leads, increasing brand awareness, and accelerating pipeline development.
Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, webinars, and events.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to demonstrate impact and ROI.
Develop and refine lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies to ensure a steady flow of high-potential leads to the sales team.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing demand generation team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Adapt strategies to stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.
Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of marketing spend to maximize return on investment.
Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to align demand generation initiatives with broader business goals and ensure cohesive execution.

Required
Minimum of 7-10 years in demand generation or related roles within the B2B SaaS sector.
Proven track record of driving ARR growth to the $80M-$100M range.
Deep understanding of demand generation strategies, lead generation tactics, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
