Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and addressing client inquiries effectively.
Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client needs to enhance engagement.

Required

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or business development role.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
