Responsibilities
Implementation and maintenance of the end client network involving: Designing, deploying, and maintaining Prisma Access solutions in diverse client environments.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex networking and security-related issues associated with Prisma Access.
Optimization: Regularly assess system performance, recommend improvements, and optimize Prisma Access deployments.
Collaboration: Work closely with the network and security teams to ensure seamless integrations and uphold best practices.
Training: Educate internal teams and clients on Prisma Access functionalities and best practices.
Stay Updated: Continuously monitor industry trends, ensuring our practices and technologies remain current.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on configurations, topologies, and best practices for internal use and client reference.
Security Oversight: Ensure all Prisma Access configurations adhere to industry and company security standards and policies.
Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients regarding Prisma Access and other networking solutions.
Project Management: Lead projects related to Prisma Access, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Required
A minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in networking.
Proven expertise in Prisma Access implementations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Relevant certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) will be a strong advantage.
Proficient understanding of cloud platforms, VPNs, and network security principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Team player mentality with the capability to work independently when required.
Experience in client consultation and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
