Responsibilities

Understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions.

Analyze issues and obstacles to settle root causes, weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action and measuring and revising strategy based on results.

Obtain customer acceptance by understanding and delivering strategic vision and driving the difficult conversations vital to implement business strategies.

Configure Salesforce CPQ and billing features.

Understand typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives.

Support thought leadership and standard processes - both internally in their Community and externally in the marketplace - and advocate for change across the organization.

Required

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
