Responsibilities
Configure a callback queue for callers who have wait times of over 15 seconds
Estimated wait time announcement for callers who are on hold
Utilize Whisper feature that Talkdesk just implemented
Configure our Talkdesk studio flow to provide client-specific greetings based on the phone number they dial in on
Tooling to support agents - like a pop up that indicates what script should be used with the caller
Currently our outbound phone number is always 855. we'd like it to be local to the member we're calling
Cleaner reporting, since right now we export a lot of data and then format it in MS Excel
