Responsibilities
Supervising, manage, train and mentor your team members
Analyzing functional and business The Quality Analyst develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
Working with business analysts, project managers, subject matter experts, and developers to understand requirements, business rules, and use cases, refine acceptance criteria, and translates them into manual test scenarios
Developing and maintain individual test cases for all project requirements
Working closely with Lead & Senior QA team members throughout requirements understanding, test case development, and execution
Ensuring the successful deployment of projects by performing functional, regression, usability, and end-to-end testing of websites and applications
Maintaining a comprehensive regression test suite based on project and operational initiatives
Following QA processes and procedures to ensure that accurate tests are conducted and documented
Understanding of common software failures, faults, and best practices
Identifying record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Managing QA checklist and other documentation per project

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of QA
Should understand the concept of SDLC
Working knowledge of QA methodologies
Ability to translate functional requirements and specifications into clear concise test cases and test plans
Ability to test both web and mobile applications
Experience testing web service APIs and using API testing tools such as Postman
Experience with SQL Server – The ability to write simple SQL queries
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong ownership and organizational skills
Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Team player who can also work independently
Ability to complete work within the given time frame with accuracy and efficiency
Good time management skills, able to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines
Aptitude to learn new technologies
Preferred
Any experience with HTML, JSON, and XML is a plus
