Responsibilities
Lead the overall strategy and day-to-day operations for the Support.com product.
Drive customer acquisition and optimize the product for better performance and higher revenue.
Develop and implement effective strategies for chat monetization, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and development to ensure product growth.
Regularly analyze product data and customer feedback to make improvements.

Required
Must have at least two years of experience as a Product Lead.
Two years of direct marketing experience, including buying media on platforms like Google and Bing, with a proven track record of producing positive ROAs.
Proven experience in launching and scaling products from the ground up.
Experience with chat monetization strategies (especially in companies where this is a core focus).
Background in tech support and managing remote development and sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
