Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Healthcare IT sector. Develop and execute strategies to secure new client logos and expand existing accounts.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within targeted organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a combination of direct outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing high-value deals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client demands and drive business success.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering results.
Experience in selling to IT clients is highly desirable.
Strong ability to establish and grow relationships with mid-level to C-suite executives.
Proven experience in navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for securing new business.
Demonstrated success in winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
