Responsibilities
Serves as primary internal sales resource for advisors within a defined territory.
Partner with RVP to co-present, assist with closing new business and provide service for pending/existing business.
Conduct proactive outbound calls to new and existing producers, as well as field inbound calls on a range of sales/service topics (minimum 65 calls per day outbound/inbound & a minimum of 3 hours talk-time per day).
Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
Assists in case analysis and presentation.
Act as subject matter expert for the life and annuity solutions offered by AMS.
Respond to complicated product and market event questions/performance issues.
Articulate competitive product positioning opportunities and threats to distribution.
Assists in the creation of client proposals, sales concepts, etc. as needed.
Document all post call information in applicable Customer Relation Management System (CRM).
Work with the appropriate business units to ensure resources and information is accessible via multiple systems used by distribution.
Produce account-specific reports as required.
Conduct ongoing training for separate accounts (RW will typically host multiple training webinars per month).
Identifying the needs of advisors and their clientele through effective questioning and listening techniques.
Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Detail orientation to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow.
Follow-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required
A BA/BS degree in finance/marketing desired or equivalent work experience.
State Annuity/Life Insurance licenses required.
Obtain FINRA Series 6 or 7 license within 90 days of hiring.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
Analytical aptitude, with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Preferred
1 year or more industry experience in sales or marketing preferred.
Solid understanding of the financial markets, investment process, and securities industry.
Self-starter willing to take on responsibilities beyond what is required; volunteers to take on new assignments.
Ability to influence revenue, both with sales into newly developed products and retention of existing assets.
