Responsibilities
Design and develop AI models using OpenAI technologies.
Model, build, and test AI software to ensure it can take on large swaths of data and achieve desired results.
Use Python, JavaScript, and C++ to create a faster, more capable AI.
Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for projection accuracy.
Work with AI SME and data scientist to ensure seamless AI development and integration.
Collect, organize, and present progress with team leadership and stakeholders.
Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.
Conduct research to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI models.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and systems.
Ensure the security and privacy of AI solutions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of AI models in production.
Collaborate with product managers to define AI requirements and deliverables.
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Develop and deliver presentations on AI solutions and their impact.

Required
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI development.
Strong knowledge of OpenAI technologies and frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of computer programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, and C++.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Deep understanding of data science, linear algebra, algorithms, and statistics.
Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
