Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls: Answer customer calls, stay updated on policies, and encourage sales while documenting requests.
Assess and sell insurance products: Understand callers' needs, recommend additional financial services, complete phone applications, and refer leads as necessary.
Follow up with customers: Reach out to offer extra coverage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance: Protect customer information and maintain necessary insurance licenses, following all company standards.

Required

Obtain and maintain insurance licenses: Must have or be able to secure life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the specified timeframe.
Strong customer interaction and sales skills: Experience in sales or service environments, with excellent customer communication. Ability to overcome objections while focusing on meeting customer needs.
Deep knowledge of insurance products: Understand product descriptions and policy language, and effectively market these offerings.
Proficient in computer skills: Comfortable multitasking with software. Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment as needed for a remote work environment.
This position will require you to provide your own high speed internet connection with 50 megabits per second is required and 150 megabits is recommended for best results.
Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and in a listed location.
Is driven by sales incentives and motivated to achieve results.
Thrives on overcoming objections and stays positive even when facing rejection.
Enjoys assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
