Responsibilities
Provide off-site technical support to field technicians via phone and interactive cameras
Remotely control field technician scan tool as a method for troubleshooting and support scanning and calibration issues
Maintain a technical support log to monitor, track and create visibility into areas of opportunity for field technician knowledge/skill improvement
Provide vehicle control module programming remotely using OEM specific software and compatible hardware
Research OEM processes and procedures for new models and new ADAS features while introducing this information to operations management
Regular meetings with Technical Operations Manager and Director of ADAS Calibration Services
Work remotely with access to high-speed internet and hardwire router connection (cannot be Wi-Fi hot spot)

Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum of three (5) years of ADAS and/or automotive diagnostic experience
I-CAR ADAS PL1-3 certifications are required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Ability to complete routine and requested tasks from the Technical Operations Manager promptly
