Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR professional, contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives through HR support and guidance

Develop programs to increase employee satisfaction and engagement and improve employee retention

Participate in HR projects and serve as project manager as needed

Collaborate with global HR team

Research, recommend and implement HR best practices and innovations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Experience with the development and execution of HR programs and projects
