Responsibilities

Guide CLC through the creation of an organizational strategic plan for 2025-2028.

Engage in information gathering from internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct analysis and preliminary plan drafting.

Solicit feedback and refine the plan accordingly.

Obtain approval of the plan by CLC’s Board of Directors.
