Responsibilities
Program and integrate Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) for renewable facilities within SCADA networks.
Configure Schweitzer RTAC units for automation, monitoring, and reporting.
Develop SCADA control schemes to maximize asset performance.
Conduct electrical design reviews of single-line diagrams, schematics, and data sheets.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align SCADA systems with project goals.
Document control logic, network architectures, and test plans.
Support SCADA/RTU installation and commissioning.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in power generation or renewable energy engineering.
Proficient in SCADA systems, RTU protocols (DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850), and Schweitzer RTAC configuration.
Skilled in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM).
Knowledgeable in power systems protection, relay logic, and cybersecurity standards.
Preferred
Certification in SEL RTAC programming.
PE license (or eligibility), HMI design experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
