Responsibilities

System Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft environments, including M365, Azure, and cloud services.

Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.

Networking: Manage both virtual and physical networking devices.

Hardware Oversight: Manage hardware setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including servers, networking devices, and workstations (both Microsoft and Apple products).

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with company leadership to align IT and cloud strategies with overall business goals.

Ongoing Maintenance: Perform routine updates and maintenance on Windows servers, Microsoft apps, and cloud platforms to ensure peak performance.

User Support: Serve as the technical expert, providing support and resolving issues related to Microsoft and Mac systems.

Adaptability: Leverage experience in fast-paced, smaller environments to build and scale IT systems that meet evolving business demands.
