Responsibilities
Design and Implementation: Architect and implement SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop and manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, lists, and workflows.
Utilize Power Apps to create custom applications that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
Implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure proper integration with other systems and applications, including Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Consistently determine how to maximize business value from product.
Closely monitor Microsoft’s roadmap, release notes and feature sets.
Support the analysis of business processes and functional requirements of the product.
Work closely with digital workplace teammates and support team, including the release coordinator, to identify the most impactful changes to implement and support for stakeholders, employees, and engineers.
Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce SharePoint governance policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and processes.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze SharePoint performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality and user experience.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to SharePoint administrators and end-users.
Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users on SharePoint and Power Platform best practices and new features.
Stay current with SharePoint and Power Platform updates, features, and industry trends.

Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other relevant field of study.
8+ years of experience with SharePoint, including design and administration.
Proven experience in implementing SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and development (e.g., SPFx).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies.
Familiarity with SharePoint security and compliance standards.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
Preferred
SharePoint and Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
