Responsibilities
Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate locations
Resolve patient service questions and issues to ensure complete patient satisfaction
Assist in the training and development efforts of pharmacy staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
Participate in additional pharmacy service-related projects as needed

Required
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
Must complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Knowledge of pharmacy technology and workflow processes
Preferred
Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting
Familiarity with pharmacy management systems
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance standards
