Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce analytics projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data teams, to ensure alignment on analytics goals and deliverables.
Use data insights to recommend strategic actions that improve performance, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
Develop and execute a structured onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the e-commerce system.
Provide guidance and support to customers during onboarding, addressing technical issues, and ensuring the fulfillment of their e-commerce needs.
Continuously refine the onboarding process to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Design and implement workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline e-commerce operations.
Identify gaps in current processes and introduce scalable, efficient solutions to improve productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain consistency in project delivery.
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
2 – 3 years of related experience.
Familiar with web development/management and e-commerce principles.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Proven experience in e-commerce project management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics, including tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience in creating and optimizing workflows and SOPs.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients.
Must be an effective communicator both written and oral, and effectively work with all members of the organization (sales, marketing/communications, product management, and customer service)
Ability to analyze consumer data and apply results to benefit e-commerce functionalities
Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and strive to meet all required deadlines
Understand the key principles of user-centered design business, databases, and e-marketing strategies
Knowledgeable in website, landing/splash page design, SEO functions and keywords

Preferred

Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
Understanding and/or experience with various forms of digital marketing tactics is a plus.
