Responsibilities

Accountable for the close process, day-to-day accounting, and scale/transformation of the processes and systems

Ability to oversee complex accounting transactions and provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Strong technical accounting expertise, including deep knowledge of US GAAP, and proficiency with GL systems

Ability to influence and drive decisions, with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced culture, changes in the environment, and shifts in priorities.

Lead and manage the GL accounting team

Handle areas like cash, fixed assets, accrued expenses, debt, and related processes/systems

Lead and manage the AP team and related processes

Required

7+ years of relevant experience

Strong technical accounting expertise, including deep knowledge of US GAAP, and proficiency with GL systems

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to work professionally with all levels of management

Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

Ability to lead and develop a team
