Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies, aligning with overall marketing and sales objectives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Oversee the design, execution, and optimization of inbound and outbound campaigns across various channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, events, etc.).
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams for a seamless go-to-market approach.
Design and optimize lead nurturing programs, aligning content and messaging to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey from awareness to conversion.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness; provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team.
Develop and lead brand management and elevate Tangoe’s presence with the media, customers, and partners. Manage brand to ensure consistency and excellence across all communications.
In collaboration with the executive team work on strategic communications, including, internal communications, presentations, and media releases.
Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and programs for maximum ROI.
Leverage the martech stack and ABM tools to refine and target the ideal customer profile and personas.
Work closely with product marketing, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience. Supports other functions with their creative, internal communications, and social media needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global tech-based company
Experience in managing corporate communications, branding, and media relations
Proven success in driving lead generation and revenue in a B2B tech global company
Deep understanding of digital marketing, inbound/outbound marketing tactics, and the buyer’s journey
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
