Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals, showcases our products, and connects with our target audience.
Take ownership of daily posting across social media platforms, ensuring all content is shared on schedule and adheres to platform-specific best practices for timing, format, and frequency.
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive, interactive community across all social channels.
Shape and maintain a consistent, on-brand voice that resonates with our health-focused audience, blending education, inspiration, and authenticity.
Stay updated on industry trends and popular content formats. Use insights to adapt strategies, identify opportunities, and grow our social presence.
Analyze social media metrics, create reports, and provide insights to inform strategy adjustments, drive growth, and boost engagement.
Work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Experience teams to align messaging, launch campaigns, and address customer questions or concerns.

Required
5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record of growing and managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Deep understanding of social media analytics tools and KPIs.
Strong writing skills, with a knack for crafting engaging captions and brand stories.
Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Ability to work cross functionally within the broader marketing department and with other key internal and external stakeholders to amplify all brand and company efforts across social.
Highly creative, adaptable, and responsive to feedback.
