Responsibilities

Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
Becoming a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background.
A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, nephrology or specialty medicine.
Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine.

Preferred

Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics.
