Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through virtual platforms.
Relationship Building: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products or services effectively
Pipeline Management: Manage and ensuring accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
Engage with Customers – Connect with individuals and families to understand their needs and present tailored insurance solutions
Build Lasting Relationships – Establish trust, build rapport, and become a go-to advisor for our clients
Grow with Us – Dive into comprehensive training programs, stay updated on the latest in the insurance world, and grow your career in a supportive, goal-driven environment
Skill Development: Coach and mentor team members, on sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship-building strategies
Goal Setting and Progress Tracking: Assist team members in setting achievable sales goals and provide guidance to help them stay on track
Training Facilitation: Conduct training sessions on best practices in sales, customer service, and overcoming objections
Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to help team members improve their performance and confidence
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify team needs, develop training resources, and implement strategies to drive overall team success
Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of mentees and offer strategies for improvement, aligning with the team’s sales objectives

Required
Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams is highly desirable
Understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Positive, empathetic attitude with a commitment to fostering a supportive team environment
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Communication Savvy – You’re a natural with people and know how to listen, advise, and close the deal
