Responsibilities
Lead the development of actuarial analyses in line with CAS principles.
Oversee and ensure timely, accurate completion of projects by actuarial analysts and actuaries.
Continuously refine processes to align with evolving organizational needs.
Communicate the impact of analysis and process changes to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to support your team’s professional growth, including CAS credential advancement.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
7-11 years of relevant actuarial experience, with a deep understanding of industry practices.
Extensive experience with quantitative analysis in insurance, preferably in a similar product environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, and insurance operations.
Experience with reinsurance, capital management, and risk management.
Ability to manage and innovate complex data processes.
Preferred
ACAS credential or MBA.
1-2 years of experience managing actuarial employees.
Experience with Emblem, Earnix, R, or Insure Quote.
