Responsibilities
Design and implement our new Integrated Campaign Excellence Management process:
Create a repeatable, scalable, and transparent process for the design and implementation of Integrated Campaigns that can handle the demands of our diverse portfolio of products.
Working in close concert with the Global Demand Generation Campaign Management team – this leader will ensure that best practices, solid fundamentals and cohesive messaging frameworks permeate our efforts to drive pipeline and bookings.
Design and implement efficient marketing campaign processes and workflows using Asana and other tools to drive efficient production that leads to high performing tactics across all channels including Paid Search, Email, Paid Social, 3rd party placements, webinars, events, website and more.
Work closely with Marketing Operations and Marketing Analytics to create a campaign hierarchy and a standard portfolio of campaign reporting to help the entire marketing team drive for performance.
Develop comprehensive onboarding and training programs for marketing tools and processes.
Build and Execute ABM Strategy:
Develop and relaunch ECI's new account-based marketing program.
Create and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting key accounts.
Build a framework that supports both New System Sales (net new logo) teams as well as Aftermarket (cross-sell) teams to meet their objectives from expansion and growth.
Collaborate with sales to identify and prioritize target accounts and programs. Ensure two-way accountability for ABM performance.
Lead the design of personalized content and campaigns for strategic accounts.
Drive Process Optimization:
Standardize on new and efficient processes that scale and enable marketing team efficiency from campaign ideation, campaign design, asset production, and inter-marketing departmental handoffs for execution using tools like Asana.
Develop best practices and documentation for marketing operations.
Implement pilot programs to test and refine new processes.
Champion Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align priorities.
Partner with demand generation campaign managers, content creators, and product marketing teams on targeted content creation and prioritization.
Collaborate with BDR teams to ensure they have incredible content and scripting. And align on SLAs to ensure smooth lead scoring, routing, and timely follow-up.
Build strong relationships across divisions to drive marketing effectiveness

Required
7+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on marketing operations and ABM.
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing processes.
World class project management skills with Asana expertise.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, ABM platforms and CRM systems.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling ABM programs and playbooks.
Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
Understanding of B2B tech/software sales cycles.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Expertise in marketing technology stack management.
Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
Ability to influence and drive change across organizations regardless of reporting structure.
Strong communication and presentation skills to team members and executives.
Experience training and enabling marketing teams.
Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
Project management software (Asana expertise required)
