Responsibilities
Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of data to support savings measurements for various cost containment initiatives - both actual savings for existing programs and projected savings for newly-proposed ideas.
Gathers, organizes, and analyzes data from various sources including internal colleagues, internal databases, and external partners.
Develops and distributes established reports to internal and external stakeholders and responds to inquiries regarding results including investigations of material changes and/or anomalies.
Supports records management and documentation of our Cost of Care portfolio performance over prior, current, and forecasted years.
Plans, implements, manages and/or contributes to additional ad hoc projects that are moderate/high complexity.
Is a participant in good standing in the Actuarial Development Program.

Required
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in an analytic field
2-6 years of experience in relevant actuarial experience. Related experience may be considered.
Reasonable exam and module progress towards the eventual attainment of the ASA designation.
In lieu of meeting minimum exam requirements, may consider additional relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and SQL
Preferred
Mastery of SQL-based data queries and data management
Experience with data visualization applications such as Power-BI and Tableau
Experience creating and presenting external, client-facing materials and reports
