Responsibilities

Providing complex support to meet the financial and analytical needs of Legacy Health.

Extracting and analyzing data from available Legacy systems in response to clinical and management requests.

Documenting, writing, and communicating financial analyses and reports to the requesting party.

Providing budget support, facility variance analysis, and productivity analysis.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum of four years work experience as an accountant, financial analyst and/or auditor or related area of responsibility.

Presentation experience at the senior management level required.

Experience with relational databases, spreadsheet and word processing software, and query languages.

Ability to perform comprehensive analytical tasks using appropriate computer tools.

Demonstrated judgment in prioritizing projects and reaching appropriate analytical conclusions.

Comprehensive knowledge of health care accounting systems and related support functions such as reimbursement, billing concepts, and health care operational and clinical practices.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in a large group environment.

Ability to manage multiple complex tasks.

Sound facilitation, consensus building and conflict resolution skills.
