Responsibilities

Own Roofr’s conversion, monetization, and expansion product strategy and roadmap
Partner deeply with Growth Marketing and PDE (Product, Design, Engineering) teams to develop end-to-end hypotheses, proof points, experiments, and (ultimately) solutions to increase revenue, efficiency, and delight your customers as they grow with Roofr
Ideate, build and launch product features/initiatives to grow our revenue and accelerate revenue velocity
Partner with go-to-market teams to win new accounts, drive feature adoption, reduce churn, and expand customer subscriptions to grow the customer base
Deliver delightful and relevant consumer experiences that help roofers discover new solutions and get the most out of the Roofr platform

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in growth-focused roles
Proven track record of successfully driving growth and optimizing key business metrics
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably at a SaaS company
A strong intuition for product design and user experience
Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise
Experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude and creating/maintaining event tracking schemas
