Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into Anaplan model designs.
Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models, ensuring scalability, usability, and performance.
Develop and enforce Anaplan best practices and standards to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
Implement data integration and automation solutions to support Anaplan processes, improving data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to maximize Anaplan usage and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Anaplan models, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Lead or participate in Anaplan Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive continuous improvement and adoption of the Anaplan platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for Anaplan-related inquiries, technical questions, and troubleshooting needs.

Required
Certified Master Anaplanner designation required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and optimization, with proven expertise in managing complex models.
Strong understanding of financial and operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting principles.
Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools (e.g., APIs, ETL) for Anaplan.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred
advanced degree preferred.
