Responsibilities
Lead and oversee strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Keep tickets updated and adhering to SLAs
Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth.
Mentor and guide Engagement Managers and teams to ensure high-performance delivery.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align client services with overall business objectives.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and company targets.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Track project costs, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and executive leadership.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any relevant field expected.
10-15 years of experience in client services or project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate effectively with C-level executives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage client engagements on a global scale.
Understand international business practices.
Drive innovation in client service delivery.
Propose and implement new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in client engagements.
Develop contingency plans for complex projects.
Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate project tasks and timelines.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service-level expectations.
Identify and address client issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Preferred
MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected.
