Responsibilities

Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, both written and verbal.

Implement our SaaS software, including configuring and customizing JavaScript-based code to parse client files.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including requirements, configurations, and user guides.

Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the implemented software.

Understand relational database systems (PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL) and apply this knowledge in project implementations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, support, and sales, to ensure client success.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction.
