Responsibilities
Assist the CEO with recruitment and new hires, including documentation and onboarding
Support CEO with bi-weekly payroll and benefits management and updating the Company Handbook
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations
Build and manage client time reporting analysis
Manage internal databases and address basic tech issues
Other administrative duties as assigned

Required
3 years related minimum experience required
Proven experience organizing and working with multiple teams and departments
Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 tools, specifically Excel and Teams and ClickUp (or similar platform)
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to balance multiple projects and team members with changing priorities
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
