Responsibilities
Conceptualize and lead performance content campaigns from initial concept through final implementation, with the capability to execute independently when necessary.
Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimize performance creatives across various ad platforms.
Contribute to campaign strategy and maintain strong relationships with agencies across performance content channels.
Oversee the integration of new creatives into live campaigns, prioritizing assets based on data-driven insights.
Identify and leverage opportunities within our existing creative library, iterating on top-performing assets and creating effective mash-ups.
Provide strategic guidance on creative direction, leveraging channel expertise to align with media buying requirements.
Participate in creative meetings, sharing updates on creative tests, performance insights, and emerging trends.
Collaborate closely with offshore editors to efficiently fulfill creative needs.
Analyze creative performance and offer insights on successful elements and emerging competitor trends.
Work alongside media buyers to align on campaign priorities, account needs, and creative insights.
Manage asset organization and tagging protocols to ensure comprehensive creative reporting within SaaS tools.
Develop creative briefs for internal and external teams, actively engaging in creative brainstorms.
Navigate regulatory guidelines for scriptwriting, acting as the go-to expert for compliance checks and external approvals.
Track campaign status using Asana, ensuring smooth progress and alignment with broader team goals.
Contribute to various paid media projects that may arise, including TV and YouTube.

Required
3+ years of experience in ad creative strategy and performance content for DTC products.
Data-Driven Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in direct response metrics, with the ability to optimize against data.
Ad Network Familiarity: Experience with major ad networks and their reporting dashboards.
Data Storytelling and Reporting Skills: Ability to present data-driven insights through Excel and PowerPoint/Google Sheets to create compelling visual reports.
Remote Team Collaboration: Experience working remotely with multinational teams across various time zones.
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana) to manage workflows across projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Creative Brief Development Skills: Experience creating clear, actionable briefs that align creative direction with brand messaging, target audience insights, and campaign goals.
Preferred
UGC Creation Experience: Background in UGC creation to boost engagement is a plus.
