Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Process Management and Global Practice Manager to identify new features in WRapid(TM) that would be beneficial for our global services
Lead all aspects of global technology development from a product perspective, including developing processes, workflows and schedules for efficient and effective development of technology features
Develop an understanding of the back end of the WRapid(TM) platform to inform development and testing of new features and resolution of issues with existing features
Serve as the representative of the global legal team in technology-related roadmap and strategy meetings, set or contribute to meeting agendas, and ensure action items related to global are followed through to completion
Participate in feature testing before new features are launched or implemented into the global legal team’s processes
Develop and conduct periodic audits of critical data in WRapid(TM)
Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on the WRapid(TM) Global platform, features and requirements
Serve as the global legal team’s primary point of contact for escalation of unsolved platform-related issues
Liaise with the global legal team and foreign local advisors to gather source materials for WRapid(TM) features
Work with global immigration source materials including checklists, questionnaires and information sheets to configure them for input into WRapid(TM)
Work with the Practice Manager to identify opportunities to streamline the global practice through knowledge management, workflows, case templates and process overviews
Develop and implement knowledge management, workflows, case templates and process overviews utilizing WRapid(TM) and other technology resources
Develop advanced custom WRapid(TM) reports for internal and external use and support users with report development
Lead WRapid(TM) agenda for global legal team meetings and provide training to legal team members

Required

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
At least 3 years of experience in global immigration
At least 3 years of experience in product, program or project management
Experience with developing Case Management Systems in a legal/global mobility context
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment as a positive, pro-active problem solver
Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms
Proven mastery of managerial skills and abilities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Superb attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to meet strict and competing deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects
Clear and effective communication skills, especially in a professional email setting
