Responsibilities

Analyze content trends across short-form video platforms (TikTok, Snap, Instagram, CapCut, etc.) to identify popular themes and extract creative inspiration that can be productized into video presets.

Define and develop content presets (editing styles, effects, pre-made formats), working closely with designers and developers to launch them, track performance, and refine based on data insights.

Lead or support strategic direction for content preset modules, delivering actionable strategies to guide future development.

Source, onboard, and nurture external content creators, building a community that enriches the diversity and quality of available video effects and formats.

Required

Strong grasp of digital content trends, with a keen understanding of what young users enjoy on TikTok, Snap, and similar platforms, and the ability to differentiate between platform-specific trends and emerging opportunities.

Passionate about video content creation and effects, excelling in at least one area such as high-end aesthetics, technical editing, humor, creativity, or viral content formats.

Hands-on experience with creating video presets or effects, or a background in film, video production, or design, with knowledge of various video editing styles and techniques.

2+ years of experience in video content strategy or development, with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and produce engaging video presets.
