Responsibilities
Maintain a strong Christian witness and model servant leadership to colleagues, partners, the communities we serve, and the public.
Engage and participate in prayer before and after team meetings.
Lead and participate in biblically based staff devotions.
Develop financial metrics and dashboards in Workday Adaptive Planning.
Perform analyses of opportunities for carbon credits on safe water projects in the developing world, and guide the prioritization of water projects eligible for carbon credits.
Perform financial analyses and modeling required by quarterly financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
Develop and complete complex financial models and analyses related to opportunities, costs, and cash flows.
Prepare reports and presentations to clearly and simply communicate complex data and concepts.
Serve an integral role in the annual budgeting process.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, mathematics, or statistics.
Strong strategic thinking skills and high level of cognitive function.
Clear understanding of and experience with financial statements.
Three years’ experience in financial planning & analysis.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts verbally, graphically, and in written form.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback constructively.
Home internet bandwidth strong enough to support video conferencing and other job-related responsibilities.
Commitment to ending the global water crisis.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning strongly preferred, but experience with other planning systems will be considered.
Experience with carbon credits preferred.
Experience at a nonprofit organization preferred.
