Responsibilities

Establish and sustain working relationships with Operations Managers, team leads, and frontline colleagues, influence and follow-up with business leaders to ensure action plans align with continuous improvement goals, and participate in collaboration with peers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Implement tools and processes supporting the success of outcomes

Evaluate daily production outcomes using continuous improvement methodologies and help build learning-based remediation plans when outcomes are not aligned to expectations

Serve as a central communicator, promoting vision and strategy, providing feedback, raising awareness, and driving a continuous improvement mindset across the organization while demonstrating behavioral change and fostering a culture aligned with Oscar's core values.

Participate in continuous improvement activities that drive or influence the improvement and development of a high performing production team through targeted learning programs

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
