Responsibilities

Writing estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards.

Assessing and finalizing estimates through a variety of customer/shop interactions.

Investigating casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage.

Using phone, emails, and video chat to communicate with customers about their claims process.

Evaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third party carriers.

Utilizing multiple tools to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Executing policies along policy agreements and maintaining accurate documentation in a claims system.

Required

Must live in the Danbury, CT area to be eligible for this role.

As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets.

All required licenses will need to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

You must maintain all licensing required for your role. This includes any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
