Responsibilities

Writing estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards.

Performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage.

Using phone, emails, and video chat to assist customers with their claims.

Evaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, and claimants.

Utilizing multiple tools to manage claims in a fast-paced environment.

Executing policies along policy agreements and maintaining clear records of work in a claims system.

Required

Must live in Brooklyn, NY to be eligible for this role.

Experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements.

As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

Candidates must have experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.
