Responsibilities
Writing estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards.
Assessing and finalizing estimates.
Investigating, negotiating, and settling complex property damage and liability insurance claims.
Conducting a thorough analysis at the loss site.
Using phone, emails, and video chat to communicate with customers.
Evaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers, and claimants.
Utilizing multiple tools for claims processing in a fast-paced environment.
Executing policies along policy agreements and maintaining accurate documentation in claims systems.

Required
Must live in Staten Island, NY and be willing to travel and work claims in Staten Island.
Experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements.
As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Candidates must have experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.
Preferred
18 months+ experience in auto Collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates.
Comfortable with utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively.
