Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement to maximize ROI
Partner with the broader marketing, data analytics, and product teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business strategies and objectives
Work with the creative and marketing operations teams to develop promotional materials, banners, and landing pages tailored to affiliate needs
Continuously refine the affiliate program to improve performance—testing different promotional offers, creatives, and commission structures
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, feedback, and resources to enhance their success
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network and diversify volume streams
Ensure affiliates adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards, and monitor for misuse
Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity to inform strategy and keep the program innovative

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing
Proactive communicator with all members of internal and external teams
Proficiency with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale)
Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with Asana
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
Experience managing and optimizing affiliate marketing budgets
Experience in developing, launching, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns within a subscription-based business model
This is a 100% remote position, with a preference for candidates based in or able to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
