Responsibilities
Work safely while following company policies and procedures.
Be equipped with a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and necessary PPE.
Fabricate, install fiberglass/metal duct systems and associated mechanical equipment in accordance with the Florida Mechanical Code.
Proficient installing, wiring and startup of Residential/Commercial split systems and packaged units, ie. Change outs.

Required
At least 2 years’ experience with HVAC Installation
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
Ability to pass a background and drug screening check
Neat appearance
Own tools
Understand Residential HVAC units
Work safely while following company policies and procedures.
Organization Planning and Time Management
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
Dependability, reports to job assignment, work in a timely manner and be a Team Player.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Professional company image
Preferred
EPA Certification preferred.
