Responsibilities

Understand and analyze project data to identify trends related to project goals and act accordingly within the organization and across Enterprise portfolio
Work collaboratively within the portfolio on specific client requests, processes and procedures through project close on projects managed by AMs/NAMs/COAs
Perform project analyses on performance, resource planning as needed, forecasting, pacing, metrics, and reporting
Manage all aspects of problem resolution and risk oversight for the portfolio
Track and report project statuses on a timely basis to Client Success leadership and Operations as required
Develop an overall understanding of each project and client in the portfolio to understand the potential impact and service requirements generated by each project in the portfolio
Provide quality assurance ensuring that initiatives are being well managed and adhering to appropriate standards and good practice
Identify and improve current processes and procedures; present opportunities for change and help implement them to ensure consistent and standard behaviors
Manage and support the COAs within the portfolio that aligns with client and company goals

Required

Demonstrated understanding of Ciox processes and platforms and ability to work within CIOX Healthcare client project management framework, processes, and tools
Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in Business Administration, MIS, Operations, IT, Process Improvement, or Business Analytics
5-7 years of prior experience in Client Operations management, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment with the proven background in managing large, complex operational projects
Knowledge of project management principles from an account support perspective
Proficiency with MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated competency in problem solving, decision making and executing against goals and deadlines
Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization and with clients
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively and persuasively present data
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, and conscientious

Preferred

Prior experience in account management or operations for a healthcare services company or health plan preferred
Knowledge of Program Portfolio Management principals, preferred PMP Certification or active PMI involvement
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of running reports utilizing Microsoft SQL
