Experience in technical project management delivering enterprise applications.

Exhibits an in-depth understanding of advanced project management principles, including strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.

Demonstrates expertise in enterprise-level risk management, proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks that could impact large-scale projects.

Leads the standardization and optimization of project management templates and software tools across the project portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination, resource allocation, and consistent workflows across multiple projects.

Maintains meticulous and real-time project documentation for complex initiatives, ensuring that all project changes, decisions, and outcomes are meticulously recorded and communicated.

Takes a leadership role in upholding governance frameworks and policies, playing a key part in seeking approvals, compliance, and adherence to established protocols.

Efficiently manages project resources, optimizing personnel, budget, and materials allocation to drive successful project outcomes.

Vigilantly monitors project progress against predefined benchmarks, ensuring meticulous tracking and timely execution.

Proactively identifies and swiftly addresses execution deviations or obstacles, implementing corrective actions to maintain project alignment.

Fosters a collaborative and communicative team environment, facilitating seamless information flow and collective problem-solving during project execution.

Developing a viable plan to deliver project initiatives with input from key senior and junior stakeholders, including but not limited to product management, software engineering and quality assurance and release management

Identifying resources required to support all project plans (small and large) and working with the Product Director to schedule the appropriate resources

Managing a software development initiative from approval to final release

Adherence to Release Management process and schedules

Developing the appropriate project tracking and status reporting mechanisms to deliver projects on time and on budget

Communicating tasks, timelines and logistics to internal and external team members

Scheduling prioritized software product backlog across the respective Product team, in balance with ongoing software development initiatives

Setup and maintenance of software development projects in company project systems

Attendance at critical implementation meetings, including workshops, testing sessions and steering committee meetings per the project plan

Completing weekly timesheets and expense reports on a timely basis

Completion of Project Status reporting on a timely and regular basis

Keeping immediate Supervisor and Product Director informed of all relevant issues and concerns along with identifying potential mitigating steps

Fostering a positive and team oriented working environment for the respective Product team

Compliance with all Company and Group policies and procedures

Performs other related duties as directed.

Required

Proven experience in delivering at least three complex distributed systems (ERP, custom-built, Business Intelligence) from requirements to production in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to develop professional and compelling collateral

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to motivate a team to perform

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude to learn

Knowledge and experience with software development methodologies including waterfall and agile.

Ability to identify and formulate mitigation strategies for project issues and risk

Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products

Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops

Bachelor’s degree

Proven experience (7+ years) in technical project management, specifically in delivering enterprise applications, SDKs, and APIs on the Microsoft engineering stack

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related technical or accounting field
